I won’t lie to you – these Soft Molasses Cookies were intended for Christmas. I made a TON of them and sent them off with my daughter to school in the beginning of December. We left for vacation on Dec 11 and I never did get the post ready to go. The recipe was in a cookbook at home and I wasn’t going to fake a recipe I didn’t make.
Here is what you need for Soft Molasses Cookies:
When ready, melt vanilla frosting in morcowave at 10 second intervals and stir well. Dip the cookies into the melted frosting and leave “nakkid” or decorate as desired.
Hope this makes you happy! It worked for us!
