Here’s what you do:
For the Frosting, I wanted something “Irish” to go with it, so I whipped up a fast and easy butter frosting.
1 stick of butter
1 Tablespoon of Bailey’s Irish Cream
1-2 cups of Powered Sugar
Beat the butter until creamy, add the sugar a little at a time until thick, add Bailey’s to combine. If more sugar is needed to thicken, add in gradually. This made enough to frost 6 cupcakes.
I also just dusted some with powered sugar (the diet version).

- 1 box Chocolate Fun-Da-Middles
- Ingredients on box MINUS the water (2 eggs and oil)
- 1 bottle of Guinness
For the Frosting
