Pumpkin Pop Tart Sandwiches
by Pint Sized Baker
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Keywords: pop tart Thanksgiving bars fall
Ingredients (2 sandwiches)
- 2 Pumpkin Pie Pop Tarts
- 1 Cup Cool Whip
- 2 tsp Pumpkin Spice Pudding Mix
- Sprinkles to garnish
Instructions
Cut Pop Tarts in Half.
Mix Cool Whip and Pudding with a spoon or spatula.
Spoon Cool Whip Mix over one half of Pop Tart and sandwich with other half.
Dip edges in sprinkles to decorate.
Place in Freezer for 15 minutes to firm up.
Eat and enjoy!

October 26, 2012 at 1:15 pmOnce again, you did something amazing with Pop Tarts. Here in Canada we don't get all these wonderful flavors. But, I'm going to the US on a girls shopping weekend in a couple of weeks so I'll be stockpiling a few things (Biscoff is another one!).
