Preheat the oven to 400 F and like a cookie sheet with a silicon mat or parchement paper.
Roll out a sheet of Puff Pastry into a 9x9 square. Cut into 3 inch squares and then cut slits around the perimiter, but not at the corners. Spread on a tablespoon of cream cheese in the center and then brush on melted butter around the exposed pastry.
Fold over a corner to the opposite inside corner. Repeat on other side. Carefully move the pastry to a cookie sheet and add the sliced figs. Add more melted butter to the edges and sprinkle on some Turbinado sugar.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes then serve with fresh whipped cream and honey.
