Perfect Desserts – Two Cup Tuesday No.172

This past week was a tough one. My daughter had to see a few medical specialists in DC and that meant a lot of time driving. I love about 100 miles from DC and to make two drives into the city in the week, plus all of our regular errands, made for a lot of extra time in the car. It was no fun, and on top of that, we don’t have any new information from the specialists so it feels like a waste of time. UGH! At least the weather was great this weekend – I got a hike in and that’s what matters to me. Now, to make time for some gardening.
