Welcome back to week 35! Wow! I’ve been doing this for 8 months! Amazing. I am so proud of myself for sticking to it. Of course I am also very thankful to all of you for your continued support! Thanks so much for joining me every week!
Tomorrow you’ll see a slight change in my normal sugar line-up of decadent sweets. Tomorrow I, along with a few other bloggers, are putting it all out there and starting Weight Loss Wednesday. I’ll be posting a low carb / paleo snack that my family and I have been enjoying. We’ll be talking about our eating habits, our exercise routine, what apps we use to track, our weak points and everything else that goes into eating healthy and living healthy.
