Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave and stir until smooth. Place mini foil cupcake liners in a pan. Fill them with the melted chocolate and stand up the candy spoons. I leaned them up through a cooling rack. Let them set and harden.
For hot chocolate
Mix the remaining ingredients in a heavy bottom pot and bring to a simmer. If you are using real chocolate, let it melt in the milk or condensed milk first, later adding the spices.
Stir the chocolate dippers into the hot chocolate to make it extra chocolatey with a touch of mint. Serve hot, Serve hot with a dash of cinnamon and some mini marshmallows.
