heaping scoop of CytoSport 100% Whey Protein

Black Coffee
cold
1/2
C
Unsweetened Almond Milk
or milk of your choice

heaping Tbls Powdered Peanut Butter
Big handful of Spinach
Small handful of Kale
1
tsp
Chia Seeds
ice cubes
ground flax seed
OPTIONAL - banana
strawberry, blueberry – any frozen fruit you think would be good
Instructions
Add all ingredients in order into your blender or use an
immersion blender
and blend until smooth.
