Ingredients
- 1 heaping scoop of CytoSport 100% Whey Protein
- ½ C Black Coffee cold
- ½ C Unsweetened Almond Milk or milk of your choice
- 1 heaping Tbls Powdered Peanut Butter
- Big handful of Spinach
- Small handful of Kale
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
- ice cubes
- ground flax seed
- OPTIONAL - banana strawberry, blueberry – any frozen fruit you think would be good
