- The easiest way to get the coconut milk cream is to place the can in the fridge overnight. Let the cream separate from the water, open the can and remove the water reserving the cream.
- Strain the pineapple juice off and mix the juice into the coconut cream.
- Layer the crushed pineapple and strawberry pieces into popsicle molds and then top off with the sweetened coconut cream.
- Freeze for 6 hours and enjoy!
