Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- ¾ C sugar
- 2 C heavy cream
- 1 C whole milk
- ⅓ C malt powder
- 2 tsp strawberry extract
- ½ C crushed Strawberry Whoppers
Step by Step
- Freeze your ice cream maker according to the instructions. I freeze mine for 24 hours in advance.
- Whisk the eggs for 2 minutes until they are fluffy and light in color. Gradually add in the sugar and continue whisking. Pour in the cream and milk and whisk to combine.
- Mix in the malt powder and the extract and leave in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Transfer to your ice cream maker and follow the instructions.
- When the ice cream is finished, transfer to a freezer safe bowl and mix in the crushed strawberry whopper candy.
- Freeze for 4 -6 hours before serving.
