buttermilk or heavy cream
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
3. Cut in butter until crumbly.
4. Whisk together the wet ingredients.
5. Mix in the wet ingredients & strawberries.
6. Shape dough into an 8" circle and cut into 8 wedges.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Serve with a sugar glaze
