Easy Breakfast Strawberry Cereal Bars

e.g. Quakers or Cheerios

Lemon Marshmallows
or regular marshmellows

Butter

pinch
of salt

tsp
vanilla extract
Instructions
Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large pot, melt marshmallows and butter over low heat. When molten, add vanilly extract and a pinch of salt and mix.
When melted, add in the crushed cereal and mix until coated.
Pour into baking dish and press into place with a spatchula.
Let it cool and slice into 2 x 2 inch squares.
