So, I was experimenting the other day.
I had bought a bag of Lemon Marshmallows and I had no idea what to make with it.
I didn’t think a Lemon S’mores would be too good.
I didn’t think a Lemon Brownie would be too good either….
I couldn’t do Lemon Rice Krispies because The Sweet Chick already made them here!
However, while I was shopping I came across Strawberry Cereal… and that got me thinking…
Strawberry Cereal + Lemon Marshmallows = LOTS and LOTS of POTENTIAL!
So, I got to work in the kitchen melting the marshmallows and butter and mixing in the cereal.
And ya know what? They were really good!
My only negative, is that the cereal was a bit large. It kinda beat up the inside of my mouth… I would suggest slightly breaking up the cereal before making the bars.
If you like lemon, this cereal bar is for you!
