Ingredients
Pretzel Layer
- 4 cups Gluten Free Pretzels
- ½ cup butter melted
Brownie Layer
- 1 box Gluten Free Brownie mix 9×9 pan size
- 2 eggs
- 1 can Lucky Leaf Strawberry Pie Filling remove 1/4 cup
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Frosting Layer
- ½ cup butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup reserved strawberry pie filling
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate Layer
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Step by Step
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a 9×9 pan with two layers of foil.
- Pulverize the pretzels in a food processor to a fine crumble. Add the melted butter and mix together. Press it into the prepared pan. Bake for 8 minutes, remove and cool for 15 minutes.
- Mix the brownie mix, eggs, and Lucky Leaf Strawberry Pie filling (remove 1/4 cup of the filling and save for the frosting). Stir in the chocolate chips and pour over the pretzel crust. Bake for 25-30 minutes and cool completely.
- Whip the butter, powdered sugar, and reserved pie filling together until smooth and creamy. Frost the brownies and place into the fridge to chill for at least 20 minutes.
- Melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute at 70% power and mix until completely melted. Pour over the cold frosting, smooth, and refrigerate to harden the chocolate.
- Cut into squares and serve with a sliced strawberry on top
