- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Cut peaches in half and remove seed.
- Brush peaches on the cut side with olive oil.
- Brush grill with olive oil.
- Place peaches on the grill cut side down and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- While peaches are cooking, melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Stir in sugar and cinnamon.
- Remove peaches from the grill and place them on a baking sheet with a rim.
- Spoon butter mixture over peaches slowly so it soaks in.
- Serve immediately with ice cream and caramel sauce, if desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- For Grilled Pound Cake
- Thickly slice Pound Cake and place them on the grill to toast.
- Grill for 5 minutes on indirect heat. Remove from heat.
- Serve the Pound Cake with Peach on top with a scoop of ice cream, a drizzle of caramel sauce, and sprinkle with granola.
