Individual treats are great to please a crowd. It doesn’t matter if they are cupcakes, cake pops, or cookies, everyone likes to have their personal snack. No cutting, no fighting over the bigger piece, and there’s more than enough for leftovers for everyone.

Mini No Bake Huckleberry Cheesecakes
Ingredients
- 6 crushed graham crackers
- 3 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 (8oz) container Cream Cheese, softened
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1/4 container Cool Whip
- Huckleberry Jam (Or your favorite flavor)
Instructions
- Mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter together and press a tablespoon into cupcake liners. Refrigerate while waiting for the cream cheese to soften.
- Mix the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Fold in the cool whip and add some jam if you want to flavor it. Spoon into the crusts top with a little extra jam. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour before serving.
