This is my go-to one pot brownie recipe. These Frosted Cream Cheese Swirl Brownies are just what the end of a busy work day calls for!

Frosted Cream Cheese Swirl Brownies
I love quick and easy desserts, and you can’t get much easier than these one-bowl brownies with a cheesecake swirl and topped with yummy chocolate frosting. Add some rainbow sprinkles and kids of all ages will love these!
There’s no trick or fancy way to make these brownies. Heck, you can even use a box mix if you’re so inclined. The only planning required is to remember to take the cream cheese out to soften.
This is my go to brownie recipe! I love that I make it in my pot and then pour it into my baking pan. Speaking of which, my favorite brownie pan is the “all edges” pan like this brownie pan
. Brownies always turn out perfect in this pan, and I can always sneak in a “little slice” and nobody ever notices. It’s great!
Once you have the brownie batter poured in, it’s just a simple task to cream the cream cheese and make a cheesecake mixture, then use a toothpick to gently swirl them together.
Don’t worry if it’s ugly or if you think you messed up, it’s all good. Covering up any imperfections with frosting is the name of the game here!
You can use homemade frosting or go the route of canned frosting (I did). I also believe that sprinkles make the world go around, so toss on lots of rainbow sprinkles to bring a smile to everyone’s faces!
