Dried Fruit Compote

Serves (serves 2)     adjust servings


    (serves 2)

    • 4 oz. Dried Mixed Fruit
    • 2/3 C Water
    • 1/4 C Riesling (or white grape juice)
    • 1 Cinnamon Stick
    • 2 Whole Cloves


    1. Place everything into a small pot and bring to a boil.
    2. Reduce heat to a simmer and leave it uncovered for 10-12 minutes depending on how tender you want your fruit.
    3. Cool and discard the cinnamon and cloves.
    4. Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
