Mint Chocolate Protein Shakes

    (serves 1)

    • 1 C So Delicious Coconut Milk in Mint Chocolate or Pumpkin Spice
    • 1 scoop whey protein powder
    • handful of ice
    • 1 C Unsweetened Whipping Cream – whipped
    • Enjoy Life Brand mini chips or cinnamon


    1. Combine Coconut Milk, Protein Powder and Ice in a blender until mixed.
    2. Add whipped cream and top with chocolate chips or cinnamon.
    3. For a hot chocolate substitute, omit ice in the Mint Chocolate Coconut Milk and enjoy!
