Mint Chocolate Protein Shakes
- 1 C So Delicious Coconut Milk in Mint Chocolate or Pumpkin Spice
- 1 scoop whey protein powder
- handful of ice
- 1 C Unsweetened Whipping Cream – whipped
- Enjoy Life Brand mini chips or cinnamon
- Combine Coconut Milk, Protein Powder and Ice in a blender until mixed.
- Add whipped cream and top with chocolate chips or cinnamon.
- For a hot chocolate substitute, omit ice in the Mint Chocolate Coconut Milk and enjoy!
