I told ya the Girl Scouts are out in force and so am I! I made a yummy Thin Mint treat yesterday, and today I’ve got my other favorite Girl Scout Cookie – the Samoa! Yummy Girl Scout Samoa S’mores!
Toast up some marshmallows and sandwich them between some Samoas. It’s so easy and so, so yummy!
Get yourself an extra box of Samoas because, let’s face it, there aren’t many in the box. I guess I should have counted, but I think that there are just 15 cookies in the box.
Why are there so few cookies, Girl Scout Council? I mean, come on! There needs to be more cookies for my four bucks!
There are a ton of cookies in the Thin Mints box and that fact puts those slightly ahead in the favorites race.

Toast up some marshmallows and sandwich them between some Girl Scout Samoa cookies. It’s so easy and so, so yummy!
Ingredients
- 14 Girl Scout Samoa Cookies
- 14 Marshmallows
Instructions
- Set up pairs of cookies to make sandwiches.
- Toast your marshmallows. I used my gas stove-top to melt these. Once melted and toasted to your delight, sandwich between the cookies and enjoy!
