All natural and homemade, this Pineapple Sherbet tastes like a Dole Whip and can be made dairy free and without any added sugar, just sweet pineapple.
It would be a great learning trip for everyone involved. One of these years, we’re doing it!
It’s on the bucket list…. to be done before she reaches high school. Pinky Promise.
In the meantime, I’ll enjoy these all natural pineapple sherbet. I stock up on pineapple wedges from Costco, cut them into chunks, and freeze them for smoothies. This really is just a super thick smoothie and you can make it in 5 minutes with just two ingredients.
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 – 3/4 C Milk, Almond Milk, or Coconut Milk or choice
- Place all the frozen pineapple into a food processor. Place the lid on and the food processor and slowly pour in your milk while processing. Only add enough milk to make your sherbet creamy. Too much and you’ll have a smoothie.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
