My tips

For the ultimate “Pint Sized Baker” touch, freeze your martini glasses for 15 minutes before serving. It keeps the drink silky and prevents the white chocolate from melting too quickly.

Why is my drink clumpy or curdled?

If you are using a very high-proof vodka, sometimes adding cold cream too quickly can cause tiny clumps. To avoid this, mix the liqueur first and cream together in a small pitcher before adding them to the ice.

Making a perfect rim

If you want to go extra fancy, dip the rim of the glass in corn syrup (or liquid glucose) and then into white sugar or grated chocolate.

Occasions for a White Chocolate Martini

My favorite thing about this recipe is that it is so creamy. The white chocolate brings this martini to life, and is a perfect partner with vanilla! It is a great festive and party drink, if you are expecting guests you can serve the Martini either as an apéritif or after dinner.

The finished white martini is being poured out of the shaker and into a martini glass.

Switch Out the Flavors

The flavors of martinis can easily be switched out. You can easily change out the flavored vodka to help you change out this drink. If there is one good thing about vodka, it is that it comes in many flavors.

  • Try to make it into a Chocolate Martini that would taste equally delicious
  • Switch up the flavored vodkas and try new flavors.
  • You can also use normal vodka and a drop of vanilla essence.

Decoration is queen

Half the fun about these vodka vanilla martinis is a beautiful decoration. Top with chocolate shavings, made of white or milk chocolate, and a nice sugar rim. Also, edible glitter (yes!), edible flowers, or chocolate covered fruit make this drink truly special. Serve immediately and watch your guests light up in awe. They are going to love this sweet and creamy dessert drink. Beware, though, they will probably ask for it often.
