To make these brownie Truffles, simply break a brownie in half.
Squish it up and roll into a ball.
Then drizzle with melted Carob.
EASY!!
Allow to harden and then eat ONE now and save the other one for later.
These are small truffles. You can see here, I have a regular sized truffles in a mini-cupcake liner and the WW truffles in an actual truffle liner.
Don’t let the size of it fool you into thinking that they are tasteless or won’t deliver enough of a chocolate fix.
I thought they were very rich and satisfying. I also shared them with a friend who was actively on a diet and she was thrilled to receive them. She thought they were very good and could not believe they were “diet” brownies.
Here’s to 2013! I hope you have a wonderful New Year’s Celebration with the people who mean the most to you. Enjoy!

I LOVE those WW brownies. I have several boxes in my cabinet. Walmart used to sell them and they don't anymore and they are harder than ever to find!
So this means I could have more than one right??? Looks delicious!
These look so good. I need to go on a diet after all this holiday food, so this will give me my chocolate fix!
Only two?………….well, yes I do have to go on a diet. They look so good.

It has been a very long time since I have had carob chips, but I do remember that I really liked them. Thanks for the healthy reminder to keep enjoying chocolate even on my diet:-)
