Horchata Hot Chocolate Float
Ingredients
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 4 cups water
- ½ cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 dash of salt
- ½ cup Horchata powder mix
- Vanilla ice cream
Step by Step
- Mix the sweetened condensed milk, water, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt in a heavy bottom pot and bring to a simmer. Add in the horchata mix and stir to combine.
- Add a few scoops of vanilla ice cream to mugs and pour over the hot chocolate and serve.
- You can also make Horchata Ice Cream and serve plain hot chocolate over it.
