Pineapple Sherbet

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 – 3/4 C Milk, Almond Milk, or Coconut Milk or choice


  1. Place all the frozen pineapple into a food processor. Place the lid on and the food processor and slowly pour in your milk while processing. Only add enough milk to make your sherbet creamy. Too much and you’ll have a smoothie.
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy!
