Snow, Snowflakes and Snowmen – crafts and food

Winter activities for me include sitting by a fire with a hot chocolate in hand. I am not a big fan of layering up and heading out into the cold. In fact, I’m more of a run to the car then run to the grocery store kind of gal. However, there is a large portion of the population that love winter!

They thrive on the cold and snowy days that bring great ski conditions, tubing fun and snowball fights. This best of the blog round up is not for them. I bring you a collection of snow, snowflakes and snowmen themed crafts and food.

The great thing is that you can do all these inside the comfort of your home. This post is for all those mama’s out there that hate the notion of wet snow gear dripping on their floors and a pile of snow jackets piled up soaking into the couch. So enjoy the great indoors during the next snow storm with your family with some snow themed activities.

Snow, Snowflakes and Snowmen

I don’t exactly have many snow themed desserts here on Pint Sized Baker, but I do have these awesome snowflake sugar cookies.

And the perfect thing to make on a snow day is always hot chocolate!
