My daughter wants to be a blogger like her Mom. Who can blame her? It’s a great way to exercise her creativity. She’s learning about food styling, presentation and photography. She loved it! We decorated these 3D Easter Cookies together and while I had mine and she had here’s, she had a blast and I was so proud of her. Sugar Cookies decorated by an eight year old are more sprinkles and spit, but hey, that’s what being creative is all about.
So, while I was making my 3D Easter Cookies, she sat right next to me and made her own 3D cookies.
She was so proud of them!
During out photo shoot we talked about arranging the scene. I pointed out that the center flower was hiding the bunny and that made it look like the flower had ears. She thought it was funny, and then moved the bunny over so that we could see him.
I love how her cookies came out. She may be the next big cookie decorator out there. Look out, Bake at 350 and Sweet Sugarbelle, there’s a new sugar cookie queen in the works! Haha!
