Last week I made some fun Popsusing the Kiwiberries that I discovered at the store. I really liked how sweet they were and how easy they were to just pop in my mouth. I figured they would be wonderful to throw into a smoothie. No need to peel and prep, just freeze them and pop them into a blender.
I am happy to report that I am still doing my protein smoothies every morning for breakfast. That’s one thing that hasn’t changed. I may have a horrible lunch and a suitable dinner with a few snacks thrown in, but my breakfast is good.
I also went for a walk this week. Granted it was one day for an hour, but at least I did it. I need to do that more. Just take an hour and go for a walk. Ugh… I just need to get off Facebook!

I’ve made a resolution to just get out there. This week I WILL go for three walks and I WILL take time to prepare and eat a good lunch. It’s gonna be my Mother’s Day gift to ME. I am going to give myself the gift of time.
